According to many reports from Germany, Bayern Munich is about to get a player who is only 18 years old.

According to reports from Abendzeitung journalist Patrick Strasser and also Sportbuzzer (recorded by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich is close to reaching an agreement with Schalke 04 midfielder Assan Ouedraogo.

Ouedraogo is coming to Bayern.

After obtaining the signature of the 18-year-old midfielder, the Bavarian team will loan Ouedraogo to Schalke 04 for the 2024/25 season:

“According to @AZ_Strasser / @Sportbuzzer, Bayern are close to completing the signing of Assan Ouedraogo. All that is missing is the player’s signature. This is a permanent deal. Ouedraogo will then be loaned to Schalke for one year to continue growing. The fee is up to 15 million euros.”

However, no deal has been successfully completed by Bayern Munich. Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg said Ouedraogo has not yet given a final “yes” answer:

“Nothing has changed despite other reports: Ouedraogo is still aiming for FC Bayern as revealed a few days ago.

But he certainly doesn’t have a contract with Bayern yet. Confirm again.

Ouedraogo hopes to have a conversation with Vincent #Kompany and then decide.”
