Tosin Adarabioyo’s medical clearance allows Chelsea to finalize their first transfer of the Enzo Maresca era.

After passing his physical on Tuesday, Tosin Adarabioyo is reportedly nearing a free transfer to Chelsea.

Adarabioyo will become Fulham’s first signing of the Enzo Maresca era, and the club has confirmed that he will be departing Craven Cottage at the conclusion of his contract.Instead of accepting Fulham’s many new contract offers, Adarabioyo opted to go on a free transfer.

Chelsea are now expected to get the services of the former Tottenham target, who was also coveted by Manchester United and Newcastle.

After losing Thigao Silva in the summer transfer, Chelsea is looking to bolster its center-back alternatives.
