Italian powerhouses will scout Chelsea star during 2024 Euros in anticipation of potential summer transfer

Regardless of what happens with their pursuit of Joshua Zirkzee, AC Milan is reportedly planning to scout Armando Broja, a striker, during Albania’s match against Italy on Saturday.

One of the many high-profile players projected to depart Chelsea this summer due to their lackluster performance last season is Borja, who is presently on international duty.

Last September, the 22-year-old made his long-awaited return from a long-term injury. In his first game back, he scored against Fulham, but he failed to impress in the first half of the season.

Want Broja from AC Milanwith January, Chelsea were willing to sell Broja for £50 million, but they didn’t receive any offers. So, he went on loan to Fulham, a nearby club, with the hopes of increasing his transfer worth through consistent playing time.

Even though Broja’s loan was a complete bust and he only got 80 minutes of playing time at Craven Cottage, Wolves, Everton, AC Milan, and Bologna are among the clubs rumored to be interested in signing the striker.According to Italian publication Di Marzio, AC Milan are interested in signing the Albanian player regardless of whether they sign Zirkzee or not. The club is targeting the summer transfer market for two strikers.

Scouts from Milan are reportedly planning to visit Dortmund to see Broja play for Albania in Saturday’s Euro 2024 match against Italy.

Despite making 38 appearances for the club, Broja has only scored three goals. The Blues are reportedly seeking £35 million to acquire him.
