Tottenham and Arsenal are interested in bringing Raphinha back to the Premier League if the winger leaves Barcelona this summer.
Raphinha has struggled to command a regular role in the Barcelona side this season with the emergence of Lamine Yamal having increased competition for a place in Xavi’s plans.
The Brazil international has made 42% of his league appearances from the bench this season, though has managed a productive return in his time on the pitch with four goals and seven assists, despite starting just 12 La Liga games.
Tottenham and Arsenal are monitoring his situation with each having held a long-term interest in the former Leeds United winger.
Raphinha spent two seasons in English football at Elland Road, where he recorded 29 goals and assists in 65 league appearances. Manchester United have also been credited with interest in recent months.
Chelsea and Arsenal each made approaches to sign the Brazilian from Leeds, though he departed for Barcelona in a deal worth up to £55m in 2022. Barcelona will want to recoup a profit on that fee should Raphinha be sold and Sport are reporting there has been an €80m (£68m) proposal submitted from the Saudi Pro League for his services.
Raphinha has been included in the Brazil squad for March’s friendly fixtures with England and Spain, though was substituted during Barcelona’s weekend win over Atletico Madrid with muscular discomfort.
