The second match in the group stage of the 2024 European Championship will be between Croatia and Albania. After going into the first match pointless, both sides must win or draw to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Livakovic made a sensational save in a goal-scoring opportunity against the Albanian striker in the 31st minute, preventing Croatia from conceding a second goal.

Kramaric deftly controlled the ball as he entered the Albanian penalty area and shot a light shot into the near corner, eluding goalie Strakosha.

Immediately following it, Croatia’s good fortune persisted. The ball went right into the Albanian net after Susic booted it off the leg of the Albanian defender, but it struck the leg of the returning Klaus Gjasula. This happened after Budimir attempted to send a cross. Croats win by a score, 2-1.
