On Friday, the scorer signed a loan deal with La Liga team Getafe for the season to try to get his career going.

United said last month that Greenwood would not play for the team again after a six-month probe into charges of rape and assault that were later dropped.

The Sun was the first to report that Man United had put together a care package worth £8,000 a month that will pay for a house near the training ground of his new club.

We now know from The Sun that Greenwood might be moving into a private area on the outskirts of Madrid that used to be home to famous people like Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo, Zidane, and Gareth Bale.

Some famous people who live in LaFinca right now are Fernando Torres and Sergio Ramos. Homes there sell for about €15 million and rent for up to €20,000 a month.

People talk about it as one of the most private areas in Spain, with great safety and, most importantly, privacy.

People call the area “Spain’s Beverly Hills,” and it’s home to some of the country’s richest people, who live in huge houses near golf courses and shopping malls.

The entrance to the gated community

Agents from a private security company walk the streets that are lined with trees, and guards are always at the front door.

It has three fences around the outside to keep out unwanted guests and possible thieves, and there are a lot of security cams that cover every angle.

People who live in the nicer part of Pozuelo de Alarcon are said to not even bother putting in alarm systems because they think the area is safe.

Bale paid about £10000 a month in rent to live in the Pozuelo de Alarcón area of La Finca. He rented a phenomenal 1,500-square-meter flat with two floors.

A six-car garage, an indoor pool, a gym, two utility rooms, several patios and porches, and four bedrooms are some of the things that this house has to offer.

Manchester United will contribute around £8,000 per month toward the villa

Ronaldo, a former star player for Manchester United, bought a house there for about €5 million in 2010 and then did a lot of work to fix it up.

As of now, it has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a garage, a fully equipped gym, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and more.

The house was shown on the Netflix reality show “Soy Georgina” last year. The show followed the daily life of his partner, Georgina Rodriguez.

Greenwood might move to one of two high-end neighborhoods. The other is La Moraleja, which is only 20 minutes’ drive to the northeast.

Big stars such as Beckham and Zidane used to live in the area

When it comes to football players, they have had a fierce battle for the past few years.

Promora is an estate firm that sells homes in both areas. A spokeswoman for the company told the Sun, “I can’t say where Greenwood will live, but it will probably be between La Finca and La Morajela.”

“Either one is a football fan’s dream because it’s very green, has wide streets, and has great security 24 hours a day.”

“They don’t have to leave because they have their own stores, supermarkets, movie theaters, and other things they need.”

In 2016, thieves broke into the home of French player Raphael Varane in La Moraleja.

The spokesman also said, “It depends on how they live.” For example, if they have kids, La Moraleja might be a better choice because there are many great foreign schools close by.

In the Moraleja neighborhood of Alcobendas, there is one house that even has a nuclear bunker.

David Beckham visited the H-shaped estate when he was at Real Madrid. The head of Promora Gonzalo Lopez-van Dam says there is an 80-square-meter bunker that is “totally sealed” off and has a bedroom, bathroom, food supplies, and a radio communication system.

Even though La Moraleja has a private security company, some of its streets are still open to the public. This makes it more likely that you will be robbed or recorded.

Even so, it still draws big stars, like Luka Modric of Real Madrid, who lives there with his wife and three kids in a €12 million house.

At this point, it looks like Greenwood is set on taking advantage of the chance to improve his job in Spain.

“He’s going on loan, but he’s still a United player,” a person said. It means that the club has a responsibility to care for him and will do everything they can to help him do well in Spain.

It’s big enough for family and friends to come over. They will be able to take as many trips as possible to see him.

La Moraleja is another exclusive enclave in the area

“It’s important that he has a strong group of people who care about him.” They don’t want Mason to be alone at all costs.

It is thought that United will pay him more than half of his £75,000-a-week salary while he is in Spain.

Someone else said Greenwood is ready to go. “He’s glad he has a club in La Liga and can finally start to forget about the last two years,” they said.

Private security guards patrol the streets

His main goal is to improve himself on and off the field by focusing on sports. Against Barcelona and Real Madrid are games he’s looking forward to.

“He’s going to prove to everyone that he’s grown up and changed.” He knows the journey will be long, but it starts now.
