Chelsea are still looking for strikers ahead of a Champions League push next season, and Ben Jacobs has exclusively told GIVEMESPORT that transfer chiefs have ‘discussed’ a move for Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz.

Blues are being thorough.Jacobs exclusively told GIVEMESPORT in his transfer column that Chelsea are in the market for a new striker, and while a deal is advanced for Barcelona youngster Marc Guiu after the Blues activated his £5million release clause, Chelsea want a more experienced striker. Guiu is the club’s hope for the future.
Chelsea may be interested in Lille’s Jonathan David, who is available for £20-25million. Aston Villa teenager Jhon Duran, Borussia Dortmund’s Serhou Guirassy, and Hoffenheim’s Maximillian Beier have also been connected, although they are expensive possibilities and will be replaced by other targets.Jacobs says Enzo Maresca has ‘discussed’ Muniz and Brighton’s Evan Ferguson as starting strikers at Stamford Bridge, but neither has been approached.
Nicolas Jackson started last season poorly but had a great finish, so Chelsea may need another striker to go with him. Muniz is a Premier League player and might be a good fit.
