BAYERN ACCEPTS THE LOSS OF DAVIES IN SUMMER 2025 ⁉️
The contract negotiation process in recent days is as follows:
1️⃣ Max Eberl increased offer for Davies: 4-year contract, gross salary 14-16 million/year + bonus.
2️⃣ Davies and his representative are said to have accepted this offer.
3️⃣ Bayern’s board of directors suddenly turned around and did not approve a new contract with Davies.
4️⃣ Bayern had another turnover. Initially, the club’s stance was: if you don’t renew, then SELL. But now it’s different: accepting the risk of losing everything in the summer of 2025.
Real Madrid will of course not miss this lucrative opportunity =)))
5️⃣ Bayern still keeps Davies next season and hopes coach Kompany can convince him to extend his contract. Otherwise, Bayern will let him leave for free.
The crisis of Bayern Munich’s leadership seems to not only stop at the performance on the field, but also in the difficulties in finding ways to retain its pillars before the upcoming summer transfer window.
Recently, the international media has been abuzz with information that Canadian full-back Alphonso Davies wants to leave Bayern Munich to move to Spain to contribute to the Bernabeu team, Real Madrid.
Alphonso Davies has always been a mainstay of Bayern Munich.
Davies’ importance to Thomas Tuchel’s squad is undeniable, having made 31 appearances for the Bavarians in all competitions this season, scoring one goal and providing three assists. According to reports, Bayern Munich and Alphonso Davies are unable to find common ground at the negotiating table as the German club cannot meet the player’s salary demands of 20 million Euros per year.
The current contract between the two sides will end in 2025, and Bayern Munich will likely be forced to part ways with Davies if they do not want to lose him for free next summer.
Real Madrid are said to be keeping a close eye on the Canadian’s situation. Alphonso Davies joined Bayern in January 2019 from Vancouver Whitecaps and has since established himself as one of the best full-backs in the world.
