Starlet from Real Madrid scheduled for exhibition during pre-season tour

This summer Real Madrid has already sold five La Fabrica players: Rafa Marin, Alex Jimenez, Marvin Park, Peter Federico, and Alvaro Carrillo. Over the next weeks, more names will be included to this list; one of those anticipated to be Alvaro Rodriguez.

Rodriguez shot to popularity in the second part of the 2022–23 season when he scored one and helped another during a brief first team visit. But he was not seen at all in the last campaign, hence Real Madrid is ready to sell him this summer.

Clubs in La Liga and Segunda have expressed interest; but, that has been postponed for now since Rodriguez is on a pre-season trip of the United States. According to Diario AS, the Uruguayan child is trying to wow so he could land the finest possible move later on in the transfer season.

Rodriguez’s circumstances are comparable to those of Juanmi Latasa, another US resident. Real Madrid wants greater interest in his offerings so they may plan a sell on the return of the first team squad to the Spanish capital next month.

La Liga team eager for out-of-favour Real Madrid player but €3m salary is problematic

Reinier joined Real Madrid in 2020 and has loan periods at Borussia Dortmund, Granada, and Frosinone; although he struggled at these teams, his market worth dropped.

Starting the 2023/24 season in Frosinone, the Brazilian prodigy performed really well; nevertheless, an injury limited him to just two goals in 22 league games.

Now Real Madrid is desperately looking for a new Brazilian team in order to recover some of the €30 million they spent in him.

Most recently, the 22-year-old impressed boss Carlo Ancelotti with a hat-trick for Real Madrid Castilla in their 5-1 triumph over CD Illescas.

Though Reinier has drawn a lot of interest from other teams, his future in the Spanish capital is still unknown even with his great performance.

Among the teams that asked questions, Rayo VallecanoRodra claims, indeed, that Rayo Vallecano is among the teams showing interest in Reinier. Still, his reported €3 million pay has hindered possible negotiations.

Reinier personally is eager to keep his career in Europe, which complicates matters some further.Teams in Spain, Portugal, and even Brazil have piqued interest in Reinier since big clubs are looking at bringing him back four and a half years after his leaving.

Right now, the Brazilian still makes great impression. Training with Castilla, he has shown skill and fitness in recent friendlies; he netted a hat-trick against Illescas and once against Albacete.

His performances suggest that he is prepared to have a quick influence anywhere his next chance presents.

All the same, a future with the Merengues seems dark. Given the club’s wealth of choices in midfield and attack, they will probably try to supervise a sale for the Brazilian whose contract runs until 2026.
